Travelers Customer Care Surveys
to update their records you may have received a phone call or survey letter from Travelers. The person calling should identify themselves and provide you with a call back number for verification. There is no attempt to sell you anything, the intent is to provide you the proper rate and coverage sometimes overlooked. Rates can be adjusted upwards or down depending on the information. If at anytime you feel uncomfortable and would like to review the information on paper; ask the surveyor to mail you the form for completion. Of course, we are available to answer any of your questions or respond to any of your concerns.
